Document Management
The document management is integrated in Kolibri. It allows documents to be stored centrally, this means that the information you need is easily accessible at all times. Due to the automated link to various data, e.g. the customer's invoice, the required information is always accessible.
Search
A convenient search function enables the desired documents to be identified quickly.
Access Security
The Versioning allows changes to be easily traced and prevents information from being overwritten at any time. The authorization management allows you to configure the access according to your specifications.
